After receiving an SMS notifying you of the completion of your order, you can pick up the order in the store.

Courier delivery in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and EU countries
Slovakia and the Czech Republic: The goods are delivered in Slovakia and the Czech Republic via courier service within 3 working days of the order execution date (you will be notified in e-mail). Standardly, we process and execute the order within 24 hours of its receipt. It is then shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery may take a bit longer during bank holidays, festive periods and sales. You will be informed of the time of delivery by courier service. Delivery fee is EUR 3 incl. VAT.
EU countries (including the UK): Within the EU, the goods are delivered through partner courier services. The price of transportation is calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. The price is calculated in the shopping cart before payment.
Personal collection available via Zásielkovňa / Packeta in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
You can have the goods delivered to a pick-up point of your choice. We ship the goods within 24 hours of receiving the order. The goods are delivered to the pick-up point within 3 working days of the dispatch. Delivery may take a bit longer during bank holidays, festive periods and sales. You will be informed of the time of delivery by Zásielkovňa / Packeta. Delivery fee is EUR 4,50 incl. VAT.
PAYMENT
Payment by card
You can pay for your purchase conveniently by card or bank transfer in EUR or CZK. Choose the payment method from the menu in the upper-right corner of the main menu bar. Payment in EUR is managed by the Stripe payment gateway. Payment in CZK is managed by the GoPay payment gateway. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards, and are currently working on additional payment methods.
Online Invoice
We will send you the invoice electronically by email. This way we can jointly reduce the environmental impact.
